Shafaqna English- Pope Leo prays for victims of the earthquake that struck Colombia on 10 August, leaving more than a hundred people dead and many others injured.
In the message, Pope Leo offers his heartfelt condolences to the families who, “in this hour of profound sorrow, mourn the loss of their loved ones.”
He also expresses his gratitude to all those working “with generous dedication” in search-and-rescue operations and in providing relief and assistance to those affected, assuring them of his spiritual closeness.
