Shafaqna English– Some 15,000 mosques constructed or renovated in the Egypt since 2014, the spokesman for the Egyptian Ministry of Awqaf announced.
These mosques have been built or renovated at a cost of more than 28 billion Egyptian pounds, Osama Raslan said, El-Balad News reported.
He said there has been a wide-ranging development in the field of construction, development and renovation of mosques in Egypt in the past 12 years.
According to the spokesman, 28.8 billion Egyptian pounds have been spent to implement these projects.
