Shafaqna English- girls’ education brings hope and opportunities in Afghanistan, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said in a post on X on Thursday, July 16.

OCHA said that investing in girls’ education is an investment in Afghanistan’s future.

Since the Taliban’s return to power in Afghanistan, women and girls have been deprived of education, employment, and the ability to travel without a male guardian.
