Shafaqna English- A mosque open day event will be held in Minto, Australia’s New South Wales, on August 15.
Minto Mosque on Westmoreland Road will open its doors to the wider community tomorrow for a special day of youth service, interfaith dialogue and community harmony.
The Religious Youth Service (RYS) 40th anniversary youth service program, a project of Universal Peace Federation Australia, will be held from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm.
It will bring together young people, community members and religious leaders from diverse faiths and cultural backgrounds.
The day will include practical community service activities such as cleaning, gardening, planting and beautification, followed by lunch, fellowship and an interfaith symposium with religious leaders.
