Shafaqna English- New research indicates that over 2,700 deaths in England and Wales have been associated with unprecedented heatwaves during May and June.
The study, published on Monday, estimates that there were 550 heat-related deaths between May 21 and May 29, along with nearly 2,200 deaths occurring from June 18 to June 28.
